Meet Ilissa Palmer

MS, RD, LDN

About Ilissa:

I am a Holistic Registered Dietitian which means that I focus on promoting optimal health and the well-being of my clients, through the use of natural, holistic, and personalized practices. I address physical, mental, and emotional health because, without one, you cannot have the others. Using nutrition as an alternative and complementary medicine, we reach a natural balance of all parts of the person, to manage disease, prevent illness, and thrive in good health. One of my greatest joys is creating meaningful connections with every person I have the pleasure of consulting. I take the time and care to cultivate trusting relationships, and each person’s successes are a fresh breath of inspiration.

The phrase we hear more than any other is, “I know what I’m supposed to do, but I don’t know how to do it.” Not to worry, I promise that I will not just hand you a generic pamphlet, a one-size-fits-all plan, and send you on your way. In a comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere, I love to chat about your own nutrition and wellness goals and struggles, your favorite and least favorite food choices, what physical activities you enjoy, how you are sleeping, how to calm your stress levels, and how we can encourage your connectivity and the well-being of your spirit. Each plan of action is realistic and personalized to each client as every individual is unique in their needs and aspirations. I work closely with my clients, to educate, support, and empower them to overcome barriers,  and reach success in their long-term, sustainable goals in a manageable manner that fits into each individual lifestyle. Everything we need to heal and care for our precious bodies was given to us and can be found in nature and within ourselves. My approach to finding your best health is not restrictive and is most definitely enjoyable!

Not only can you make the difference that will transform your every day and last a lifetime, but it can then spill over into the lives of those who you touch. I beam with pride to be a part of this very special, uniquely intimate company and feel incredibly blessed to do what I have been called to do.
